Acupuncture is the insertion of fine needles into the body at specific points, effective in the treatment of varied health problems. Acupuncture can help increase blood flow to areas of the body, relieve stress, and boost immunity. The theory of acupuncture is based on the energy called Qi - the circulation of nutrients in the body through a network of channels or "meridians." Pain and ill-health are a result of disrupted Qi, and acupuncture stimulation points are designed to restore sufficient Qi throughout the body. The goal is not only to eliminate symptoms but to treat the underlying cause and in turn improve quality of life.

Acupuncture is an effective treatment for pain relief. We use acupuncture to treat headaches, migraines, post surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries and injuries from motor vehicle accidents. We also treat internal conditions like digestive problems, hormone balance, menstrual conditions, fertility, allergies, skin issues, mood/emotional issues and sleep difficulties. We can also help you with lifestyle changes like cessation of smoking and weight loss.

Acupuncture can be used to help to relieve pain and relax the body. Acupuncture relaxes the soft tissues, increases circulation, reduces inflammation, and causes the body to return to a parasympathetic or resting state and thus provides pain relief from whiplash. When the soft tissues are no longer inflamed and in spasm, the cervical spine can then go back into alignment with ease. Acupuncture treatment of concussion can quickly increase blood flow to the brain to clear swelling.

Cosmetic acupuncture and jade rolling help to reduce acne, scarring, fine lines, and puffiness, while improving overall skin texture and complexion. If you're looking for a powerful anti-aging treatment with minimal side effects and no surgical interventions, facial acupuncture may be the perfect solution for you!

We will place micro-needles in your face and body to create micro-traumas. These traumas produce an immune response which brings fresh blood and collagen to the area that leaves your skin feeling plump and bright. Your session will end with a cool jade rolling treatment. We recommend at least 4-6 treatments for long-lasting effects.
